Mindful Tea-Time Group

Mindful Tea-Time is a 12 week group designed to provide techniques to focus on the present, quiet the mind, handle difficult emotions with greater ease, increase self compassion and enjoy your life more fully. We will practice the serenity of the tea drinking ceremony into the group experience to increase mindfulness.

Research has shown that mindfulness can help with a range of physical and emotional difficulties including:

-Reducing stress
-Increasing creativity
-Improving concentration and memory
-Creating a deeper connection with yourself and others
-Decreasing anxious thought patterns and ruminating thoughts
