Join us for a night of inner connection and expression. We will practice different forms of art, such as movement, painting, and sculpting. Expressive art therapy is an emotional outlet that helps people express feelings they might not otherwise be comfortable sharing and nurtures deep personal growth and transformation.

The focus will be on the process of creating and discovering its meaning.

This group is for everyone; no prior experience needed. Supplies will be provided.
