Due to negative experiences with religion, our family beliefs, or traumatic events, we can disconnect from our spiritual selves. This can often lead us to feel like something is missing. Connecting the mind, body, and spirit is essential to feel whole and live an authentic life. Spirituality is an individual experience and there is no single way to practice it.
